WHAT WE COLLECT
We collect the email address, optional first name, and account identifier used to create and secure your account. If you choose to add them, we also store dog profiles and photos, household and device details, safety and treat information, cue phrases, training goals, and session records such as trials and rewards.
HOW WE USE IT
We use this information only to provide Cueby: signing you in, sending verification and password-reset messages, organizing your household, running supervised training sessions, showing progress, supporting your devices, and responding to support requests.
CAMERA & PHOTOS
A phone used in station mode may show a live camera preview so you can confirm the training area is in frame. This build does not analyze, record, or upload that live camera picture. Dog photos you deliberately choose are uploaded to your private household storage; location metadata is removed before storage.
SHARING
We use service providers to host the Cueby service, store uploaded files, and deliver account email. They process information for Cueby under our instructions. We do not sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or provide it to advertising or third-party analytics networks.
YOUR CONTROLS
You can request an export of your household data and schedule account deletion from inside the app. Deletion removes your contact details and deletes households for which you are the only owner, subject to the grace period shown in the app. Shared households remain with their other owners, and operational records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or backup integrity.
SECURITY & CHILDREN
We use access controls, encrypted network connections, scoped device credentials, and hashed passwords and tokens to protect your information. Cueby is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
